For example, castings from Changzhou Yongjin Equipment: applied according to design drawings, they must withstand high-impact, vibration, and tensile forces without deformation.
- Casting Material: GB standard HT300; no porosity, sand holes, cracks, or other casting defects allowed
- Castings are stress-relieved by annealing, followed by manual vibration to remove residual stress; stamped with serial numbers
- Casting material density and hardness are balanced; six points are measured on each casting, all must be HB200±5%
- Surface roughness complies with GB/T6060.1, and casting surface evaluated according to GB/T15056 reaches Ra25
- Non-machined dimensions per drawing are executed according to casting dimensional tolerance grade CT5
